Yes, every order comes with a proper tax invoice, which will also be emailed to you.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Do you offer repairs and maintenance services?

Yes, we provide professional repair and upgrade services for laptops, PCs, and gadgets.

What if I receive a defective or damaged product?

Please report it to us immediately on the day of delivery. Also, please make sure to make a unboxing video before opening the package or we’ll be unable to verify the claim. We’ll help you with repair/replacement as per brand policy.

Do you provide software installation and upgrade support?

Yes, we assist with operating system installation, software setup, and upgrades to keep your devices running smoothly.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds can be requested by contacting our support team with your order details. Once approved, the refund will be processed as per our policy.

Will the shipping charges be refunded as well?

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return/refund is due to a wrong or defective product delivered.
