Please report it to us immediately on the day of delivery. Also, please make sure to make a unboxing video before opening the package or we’ll be unable to verify the claim. We’ll help you with repair/replacement as per brand policy.

Refund
Refunds can be requested by contacting our support team with your order details. Once approved, the refund will be processed as per our policy.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return/refund is due to a wrong or defective product delivered.
Refunds are credited back to your original mode of payment (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.).
