No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns of any products once sold and delivered.

  • All sales are final.

  • We encourage customers to review product specifications and ask any questions before making a purchase.

  • In case of product-related concerns (e.g., damage during transit, incorrect item received), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following specific conditions:

  1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:
    If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  2. Order Cancellation by Company:
    If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or technical problems, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  3. Product Damaged or Defective on Arrival:
    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us with photo/video proof within 24 hours of receiving the item. After internal verification, if your claim is approved, we will either issue a refund or provide a suitable resolution.

Note: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.
