4. Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the shipping address and courier service availability.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and link will be provided via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment status directly through the courier partner’s website.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at your provided address.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.


7. Damage During Transit

  • If you receive a product that appears tampered with or damaged in transit, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately at support@powardigital.com.

  • If accepted, you must inform us with photos/videos within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package.
